This machine is great! There’s very little more I need to say. I had tried a ratcheting type stretcher before and you’re stuck with the gears, not remotely smooth and really painful. This thing has screws attached to hand cranks which are conveniently located right below where you’re sitting. This works great, that is when I’m able to get to use it. I keep it at my karate dojo and there’s a line to get on it! Don’t waste your money on a lesser machine, this is worth the cost!

Just got through seeing a physical therapist for my back. Ended my sessions when the Pro Flex Stretching Machine arrived! Put it together in 20 minutes. Normally I multiply “estimated set up time” by 4 to be safe when I assemble things, not this time. My back feels great and is not tightening up when I run now.
